The governing body of the Community consists of the Board of Directors (Committee) composed of the following positions:
President. The president has overall responsibility for the development of the Community. He or she calls meetings, organizes working parties to deal with specific issues, organizes a committee to hold bi-annual conferences, organizes the Board of Directors elections and manages the Community account.
Secretary. The secretary keeps the minutes of Board and committee meetings, is responsible for communication with the members and with related organizations.
Treasurer. The treasurer is responsible for managing revenues and expenditures of the Community, for liaison with accountants, financial facilities and local and national revenue agencies.
Director of Education. The education director is responsible for the development and organization of the educational initiatives of the Community including training for professional certification as well as for outreach programs for teachers, parents and other interested members of the broader community.
Director of Communication. The communication director is responsible for the development and administration of web-based materials for the dissemination of behavior analysis as well as for liaison with other electronic and print media.
The term of office for board members will be five years for the initial board and three years for each subsequent board.

After the elections, the President appointed the Directors of the Committes of the Applied Science of Behavior Analysis.The Committes and the Directors are:
